Management Trainee - HR

Role Overview: As a Management Trainee in Non-Technical Recruitment at Impetus Career Consultants, your primary role will involve understanding client requirements and job descriptions for various non-technical positions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs. Additionally, you will assist in developing hiring strategies and learn end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and job descriptions for non-technical positions. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline. - Maintain and update the recruitment database/ATS. - Assist in developing creative hiring strategies. - Provide support in client interaction and account management. - Learn and contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory). - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR are encouraged to apply.
