Job Description
Key Areas of Assignment
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Support end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and role expectations.
Participate in campus recruitment drives and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
Assist in organizing cross-functional training programs and skill development workshops.
Help manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training content.
3. Talent Management
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and cultural development programs.
Assist in implementing change management and capability-building interventions.
4. HR Operations
Support HRIS management, employee data, and documentation.
Assist with policy implementation, compliance tracking, and internal communication.
Contribute to payroll processing and benefits administration.
