Job Role

As a Management Trainee – Digital Marketing at Makreo Research and Consulting, you will play an integral role in supporting the company’s growth and digital outreach initiatives. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in digital marketing and business development. You will benefit from structured training, continuous mentorship, and hands-on exposure across digital marketing execution, lead generation, content development, and online brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop engaging and impactful content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and press releases.

● Create blog posts for the website and external publishing platforms to build high-quality backlinks

● Maintain and manage a structured database of leads, including accurate contact details and relevant information.

● Perform keyword research and assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, and URLs to enhance search engine visibility.

● Stay informed on SEO best practices and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure ongoing website optimization and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing Certification Program, or a related discipline.

● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Design Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with accuracy and consistency.

● Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute toward shared objectives.

● Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, SMM, GEO (AI-driven search engines), and online marketing tools will be an added advantage.
