Management Trainee (Business Development)

The Management Trainee program is designed to groom young, dynamic graduates into future managers and leaders. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and detailed exposure in Sales & Business Development and client servicing to develop a holistic understanding of the IT services business. Location - Mumbai, Andheri East What We Offer: 6-12 months of structured training in various strategies in Sales and Business Development in a fast tracked growth adn experience in working in leading edge technologies in Cloud, Cybersecurity,AI and managed services company.

• Collaborate with team leaders on projects and initiatives, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business operations and IT service delivery projects.
• Participate in client interactions, proposal preparation, and project coordination activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project lifecycles, sales processes, and service delivery models.
• Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing actionable strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, values, and mission while building relationships across the organization.

Required and Preferred QualificationsRequired:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and present it effectively
• Willingness to explore the regional market as a front end Business Develoment role.

Preferred:

• Previous internship experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to travel and relocate across India
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools and knowledge of AI tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
