Job Description

Hiring: Domain Trainee / Management Trainee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
aligned with business goals
Drive
cross-functional financial planning
across business units
Prepare
monthly reports, variance analyses, and dashboards
for leadership
Provide
data-driven insights
and scenario modelling for decision-making
Monitor
financial & operational KPIs
, recommending improvements
Enhance
forecasting models, reporting tools, and processes
for efficiency

Requirements:\

Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
with relevant FP&A experience
Exposure to
insurance clients
preferred
Knowledge of
Accounting Procedures, GAAP & IFRS
Proficient in
MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
and tools like
Oracle, Blackline, EPM
Strong
analytical, communication, and time management
skills
High integrity and ability to handle confidential data
