Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of client-specific presentations, proposals, and introductory materials under guidance.
  • Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and client interactions to observe and understand the B2B sales process and client relationship management.
  • Maintain and update records of client communications, lead status, and follow-up activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Clinical, Regulatory, and Bioanalytical units to understand Accutests value proposition and client delivery capabilities.
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation related to client inquiries, sales funnel progress, and training learnings.
  • Support ongoing client relationships by coordinating meetings, sharing updates, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and organize all business development documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility. This includes maintaining electronic and physical files..
  • Collaborate with the other division BD team to generate leads and Identifying potential opportunities for collaboration or partnerships with other CROs.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • M.B.A. in Marketing (Bachelor in Pharmaceutical/Medicine/Biotechnology related areas is preferred)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in BD, Clinical organizations.
  • Commercially driven with proven negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment ability to work under business and time pressure.
  • Ability to work across functions and with teams that are based in different locations; strong matrixes leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills strong communications, presentations and influencing skills.
  • Strategic out of the box thinker with strong implementation power.
  • Analytical and structured in thinking and acting.
