Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong passion for talent management, and organizational effectiveness and willing to take ownership of work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to take ownership of projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or talent management is a plus.
• Administration work to be done.
