Management Internship

Vedful is a modern homegrown Ayurveda brand built on the philosophy of rooted wellness for everyday living. We are currently shaping our brand, packaging, digital presence, and operational systems as we prepare for our product launch in early 2026.

You’ll be working directly with the founder to help bring the brand to life — managing coordination between creative, digital, and business functions and helping digitize our traditional Ayurveda business operations.

What You’ll Do

1. Brand & Operations Coordination

• Be the single point of coordination between branding, website, social media, and packaging teams
• Track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups using Notion / Google Sheets
• Organize brand assets, content, and documentation in a structured system

2. Business Process & Digitization

• Document the current manual processes of our parent Ayurveda business
• Help structure and digitize workflows into Zoho or similar systems
• Prepare reports, purchase logs, and inventory tracking sheets

3. Marketing Support

• Coordinate website content, photo shoots, and product uploads
• Work with SMM team for scheduling, captions, and posting plans
• Research competitors and suggest campaign ideas

4. AI & Automation Exploration

• Support the founder in using AI tools to improve workflows and automate routine tasks
• Test and document simple automations using ChatGPT, Zoho Flow, or Notion AI

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
