Role Overview: You will be joining inTechNative as a Management Intern, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the COO and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, such as marketing, HR, and general administration. This internship is perfect for MBA students who have completed their 1st Year and are eager to learn in a fast-paced and innovative IT services environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the COO in day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth execution of projects and workflows. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights for decision-making. - Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. - Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials. - Aid in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and HR operations, including maintaining employee records and assisting in policy updates. - Handle routine administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and liaising with internal teams. - Work closely with teams across various functions to align operational processes with business goals. - Participate in training programs to develop a strong foundation in operations management and leadership skills. Qualifications: - Pursuing MBA and seeking internship after completing the 1st Year, with a completed bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. - Strong interest in management and operations, with a proactive attitude towards learning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus. - Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.,
