We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager or designated team member to complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Assist in identifying and generating leads to expand the customer base.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and offline promotional activities.
• Help track sales performance and campaign effectiveness through regular reporting.
• Maintain and update sales records, lead databases, and CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads and conduct outbound cold calls to create new sales opportunities.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and client-facing events to gain exposure.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve overall sales and marketing efforts.
• Participate in field activities such as house visits and distribution of promotional materials.
• Document learning outcomes and present insights to team members and management.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and suggest actionable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
