We are seeking a tech-savvy, people-friendly, and execution-focused Project Coordination Intern to play a key role in driving projects within the organization, This individual will act as the bridge between the Director and task owners, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
The ideal candidate is an innovation driver and a go-getter who thrives on taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and making things happen, Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Drive assigned projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, Act as the link between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, Proactively follow up with task owners and resolve roadblocks quickly, Proposals, Documentation & Reporting Prepare, refine, and maintain proposals, project trackers, and business reports, Document tasks, milestones, and key updates for seamless project visibility, Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel dashboards, and Word documents for management reviews, Stakeholder & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, partners, and clients, Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders to ensure alignment, Technology & Process Enablement Use Odoo ERP (or similar platforms) to manage tasks, workflows, and reporting, Suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve coordination and efficiency, Show more Show less
