Management Information System Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Intern to support our data management and reporting functions. The intern will assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and helping with analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and compile data from various sources.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per department requirements.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and key metrics.
• Support the team in data entry, MIS automation, and other documentation tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments for data and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field.
• Internship or coursework in MIS, Data Analysis, or Operations is a plus.
