🔹 Role: Management Executive – Maintenance & Service

🔹 Location: Chennai

🔹 Industry: Manufacturing

🔹 CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

🔹 Experience: 3-15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage service and maintenance manpower
• Supervise all aspects of service operations and manpower management
• Oversee customer handling and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Drive operational efficiency and support process improvements
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 15 years in maintenance, service, or manpower management (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in the tyre industry is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering results
