Management Executive

As a Management Executive based in Raipur in the Refractory / Manufacturing / Corporate industry, your role will involve supporting senior management in planning, coordination, and execution of business operations. You will handle administrative, financial, and operational activities, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication between departments to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior management in day-to-day business operations and decision-making. - Coordinate with various departments (Accounts, HR, Production, Dispatch, etc.) for seamless workflow. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, presentations, and business data for management review. - Handle documentation, correspondence, and official communications. - Monitor and track key projects, deadlines, and operational performance. - Support in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. - Organize and participate in meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up action plans. - Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders when required. - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Take initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - 3-7 years of experience in a corporate / manufacturing environment. - Exposure to accounts, administration, or operations will be an added advantage. Key Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work independently and support senior management effectively. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
