Job Description

Management Consultant Intern Location: Remote / Chandigarh, India Duration: 6 Months Type: Internship (Full-time) Start Date: Immediate Stipend: 7,000 per month About the Role: Were looking for a proactive and articulate Management Consultant Intern to join our team in a client-facing capacity. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, help manage project workflows, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role designed for someone eager to gain experience in consulting, client management, and process improvement within a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items Help coordinate timelines, documentation, and internal handoffs across departments Track progress across ongoing implementations and maintain detailed status updates Identify and communicate process bottlenecks, contributing to continuous improvement Support consultants and team leads on business operations and strategic planning Requirements: Available for a 6-month full-time internship, starting immediately Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident in client interaction Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities Prior experience in client servicing, consulting, or operations is a plus What You’ll Gain: Direct client-facing experience in a high-impact role Exposure to ERP, SaaS, and process consulting in the manufacturing/steel sector Opportunity to learn from experienced consultants and business leaders Hands-on involvement in real projects with measurable outcomes Potential for a full-time role based on performance
