We are growing fast and looking for a Delivery Head to lead project implementations and ensure smooth execution for our clients. Role Overview We are looking for a Delivery Head to manage the successful implementation of our ERP solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading teams to deliver on time and within scope. This role requires someone who has led at least 2-3 projects and understands how to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects for clients. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality . Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Identify and resolve any challenges or risks that arise during project delivery. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align customer expectations. Continuously improve processes to make implementations faster and more efficient. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in project delivery or ERP implementation. Must have led at least 2-3 projects successfully. Strong communication and problem-solving skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and work with different teams. Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or any other ERP is a plus). Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing virtual teams. Why Join EOXS?
