Job Summary:Research Office, developed by Huron Consulting Group, is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline research administration for institutions engaged in sponsored research. We proudly partner with academic medical centers, children s hospitals, health systems, research universities, and sponsors. Our work is powered by proprietary technology and a deep bench of subject matter experts, enabling us to drive efficiency and elevate outcomes across the research enterprise.

Position Summary
In this role as Managed Services Associate, you will be joining a vibrant cross-shore team and be responsible for executing a portion of the overall Research Office portfolio. This Associate team will expand on their existing research foundation and through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across the research industry. The Associate team will contribute to Research Office by developing coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars and other clinical trial documentation. You will get experience with CRM tools, our proprietary Huron Research Suite technology, clinical research protocols, and workflow facilitation in other regulatory areas of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Managed Services Associate on our Global team, some of your responsibilities may include:
- Managing your workload across multiple clients and ensuring target dates are met
- Supporting Client Leads by Preparing and managing client communications
- Supporting Client Leads through Quarterly Report generation and updates
- Protocol review and interpretation to support Coverage Analysis and Calendar Builds
- Interpretation of applicable guidelines, including National Coverage Determinations and Local Coverage Determinations, and applying to various sponsor protocols
- Provide leadership for our Analyst team and support their development and growth
- Analyzing workflows across various clients to identify escalation points
- Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to help solidify foundations for growth
- Collaborating with internal team members during projects, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
- Updating workplans to support overall project execution
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 years relevant workflow execution or process improvement experience in a team-based environment within research operations
o Experience within clinical research or sponsored awards is a plus
o Experience supporting client communication and delivery a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Eagerness to engage in ongoing professional development and apply skills in the workplace to foster a continuous improvement environment
- Familiarity with clinical trials policy, research billing rules, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with clinical trials management systems
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attentive to detail
- Capable of maintaining a 3-4 hr overlap with US Eastern Time.
- Located in or near Bangalore; role requires individual in office
