Your primary responsibility will be to lead transformative initiatives within the Founders Office, collaborating closely with the leadership team to drive strategic change. You will have a pivotal role in reimagining and enhancing our People Transformation and Recruitment engine, aligning people strategy with business growth to propel the organization forward.
