Mall Operation Manager

Role Overview: As a Security Manager at the mall, you will be instrumental in formulating and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard the premises. Your primary tasks will involve conducting security audits, risk assessments, and investigating incidents to uphold the safety and security of the mall. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols - Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities - Investigate incidents related to theft, fraud, and safety breaches - Maintain detailed reports of security incidents - Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed - Train mall staff on loss prevention practices and emergency procedures - Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance and alarm systems - Ensure compliance with security norms and oversee security personnel deployment - Lead crisis management efforts during emergencies to ensure business continuity Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in security management or related field - Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external agencies - Familiarity with safety regulations, insurance policies, and industry standards Additional Details: This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
