Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Chennai, for a Mall Operation Manager. The Mall Operation Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of AMPA Skyone Mall. Responsibilities include managing retail tenant relations, ensuring the mall's facilities are well-maintained, coordinating event planning and execution, and managing security and customer service teams. The role also involves budgeting and financial planning, developing and implementing operational policies, and consistently improving the overall visitor experience. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management, property management, or business administration Strong skills in tenant relations, customer service, and communication Ability to manage facilities, security, and maintenance teams Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operations management Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Familiarity with mall operations and the retail environment is a plus
