Mall Operation Manager

Role Overview: As a Security Manager at the mall, you will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the mall premises. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, investigating incidents related to theft, fraud, and safety breaches, and maintaining detailed reports. You will collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, train mall staff on loss prevention practices and emergency procedures, and monitor and manage the mall's CCTV surveillance and alarm systems. Working closely with the operations and tenant teams, you will ensure compliance with security norms and oversee the deployment and performance of the mall's security personnel. During emergencies, you will lead crisis management efforts to ensure business continuity.
