Mall Manager

As a key team member in cinema operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary duties will revolve around managing ticket sales, concessions, box office, projection, and customer service in adherence to established procedures. One of your key responsibilities will be supervising staff members to uphold cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, lobby areas, and auditoriums. You will provide leadership and guidance to cinema staff, assign duties, create work schedules, and monitor their performance while conducting training sessions to ensure adherence to company policies. In terms of customer service, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and courteously. Monitoring customer feedback and ensuring a positive cinema experience will be essential components of your role. Safety and security will also be paramount, as you will be expected to implement and enforce protocols, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, cash handling and reporting, facility maintenance, special events and promotions, and guest relations. Your collaboration with the marketing team to execute special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns will be pivotal in attracting and engaging customers. Interacting with customers to address their needs, monitoring online reviews and social media comments, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction will be integral to your success in this role.
