Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Machinery Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and manage machinery maintenance activities in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Siddipet. The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, especially in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all mechanical maintenance activities for plant machinery, HVAC systems, and utilities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance is executed as per schedule to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS departments to maintain GMP compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of key equipment such as granulators, tablet compression machines, coating machines, and packaging lines.
• Monitor and manage a team of technicians and contractors.
• Prepare maintenance reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement plans.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors and OEMs for machinery support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal SOPs.
• Support engineering projects such as machinery installation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–14 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with utility systems like compressors, chillers, boilers, and HVAC.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from Siddipet, with daily company transport from A. S Rao Nagar.
