Maintenance Technician,

Routine Maintenance: Performing scheduled checks and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities. Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various equipment. Equipment Inspection: Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems for stability, quality, and safety. Repair and Replacement: Performing repairs and replacing worn or damaged parts. Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory of equipment parts, supplies, and tools. Work Order Management: Processing incoming work requests, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, procedures, and protocols. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including work orders, reports, and inventory. Continuous Improvement: Contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and/or mechanics. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and practices. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
