Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Inspect and monitor facility equipment to minimize downtime. Repairs & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required. Facility Management Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements. Emergency Response Act as first responder for facility-related emergencies (power outages, leaks, equipment failures). Implement corrective actions to restore operations quickly. Collaboration Work closely with store management and operations teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities. Provide technical support for new installations, renovations, or expansions.
