Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Repair and maintenance: Responding to reports of broken equipment and performing routine maintenance on machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure. - Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and other problems in systems and equipment. - Preventive maintenance: Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to prevent future issues and ensure everything is running efficiently. - Upkeep and cleaning: Performing a variety of tasks, such as painting, minor repairs to walls and fixtures, and keeping the grounds clean and tidy. - Inventory management: Tracking and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed. - Safety and compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. - Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, especially in regulated environments.
