Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Hyderabad. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining elevators, escalators, and automated parking systems. They will ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely, conduct preventive maintenance, maintain maintenance records, and comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordination with other team members and clients to address issues promptly is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and automated parking systems
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
