Coordinate with the marketing and store operations teams to implement promotional campaigns and events. Monitor product placement and display effectiveness to drive footfall and maximize sales. Train and guide store staff on Pantaloons’ visual merchandising standards and execution. Analyze product movement and customer response to displays and suggest improvements. Stay updated with the latest fashion and retail display trends to bring fresh ideas to Pantaloons stores. Job Specifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
