Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance, and addressing any repair needs promptly. The Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, including programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems, ensuring accurate repairs and installations.
• Execute welding tasks as needed for structural repairs or modifications.
• Oversee residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards within facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and external vendors.
• Lead small teams during maintenance projects, demonstrating effective leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals related to maintenance tasks
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous for leading maintenance projects.
• A solid background in customer service to ensure positive interactions with all stakeholders involved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
