Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor position is currently open in Chhatral, Gandhinagar, at a chemical manufacturing facility. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical maintenance operations within the plant. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background in electrical systems and up to 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, systems, and related components within the facility. You will also be in charge of maintaining electrical motors, generators, and pneumatic control systems. Conducting routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes are crucial aspects of this role. In addition, you will be supervising junior technicians, supporting the diagnosis of complex electrical faults, and providing guidance in training electrical apprentices and helpers. The desired candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, possess 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry), and have a basic understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical compliance norms. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute/relocate to Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is required.
