Job Description

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Supervisor at Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune, your main responsibility will be to direct emergency repair of machinery and plant equipment in your area of responsibility, specifically for Machine electrical PM. You will manage direct reports to ensure they perform with the highest level of safety, quality of work, and productivity possible. Additionally, you will execute the plant's preventative maintenance plan in your area of responsibility. You will also attend daily breakdowns, update machine history, review work orders, assign work priorities to subordinates, and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Direct emergency repair of machinery and plant equipment, specifically for Machine electrical PM - Manage direct reports to ensure highest level of safety, quality of work, and productivity - Execute plant's preventative maintenance plan in your area of responsibility - Attend daily breakdowns, update machine history, and review work orders - Assign work priorities to subordinates and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment - Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment - Assign preventative maintenance work orders based on priority and skill level - Audit completed work orders to ensure proper work and equipment condition - Maintain all Maintenance equipment cleanliness and housekeeping work - Promote safe working conditions and habits for all maintenance personnel - Assist in evaluating training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Conduct daily shift communication meetings with subordinates - Complete all work related to TPM/5S/ISO 14K/IATF/LPA/CSR Internal & External audit documentation - Ensure proper return of tools, parts, and equipment to storage place - Conduct audits to ensure completion of proper 5S & other internal & external audit activities - Optimize spare part cost consumption by implementing Kaizen project/White belt project - Implement projects to reduce costs and improve working conditions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field - 15 years of relevant work experience with advanced equipment - Experience in Utility Maintenance and Robots, PLC Troubleshooting Maintenance of Robots (Fanuc Robots) - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a Matrix Organization and conflict management - Advanced Excel & presentation skills - Strong analytical and quantitative competencies - Ability to understand complex concepts and effectively communicate across the organization - Intellectual agility and confidence in interacting with senior leadership team (Note: Equal Opportunity Statement is omitted as it does not provide additional specific details about the company),
