Maintenance Supervisor

Job Position: Maintenance Supervisor - Elevators

Location: Surat

Exp. Range: 4+ Years

Budget: Up to 40k/Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of field technicians and maintenance staff.
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure uptime and service quality.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
• Liaise with clients for service requests, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance logs, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Ensure all work is carried out with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency and reliability.
• Support in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of maintenance technicians.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide technical guidance during breakdowns.
• Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
