Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager at LOXIM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment within the pharmaceutical facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, managing critical utilities such as boilers and chillers, leading the installation and qualification of new equipment, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment - Maintain critical utilities for energy efficiency and continuous operation - Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment - Manage HT/LT electrical systems and mechanical utilities - Coordinate project schedules, equipment FAT, and vendor documentation - Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards - Manage site inspections, resolve technical issues, and review maintenance documentation - Liaise with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments - Implement maintenance best practices, cost control measures, and reliability strategies Qualifications Required: - More than 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical API or related manufacturing - Degree in Engineering or related field required; Masters degree in Operations, Engineering Management, or Maintenance Management is optional About LOXIM: LOXIM, founded in 1977, combines chemistry with strategic business expertise to deliver high-quality solutions for global markets.
