Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Strong expertise in SACMI CCM (Continuous Compression Moulding) machines troubleshooting and performance improvement.
• High-level knowledge of plant utilities such as HP/LP compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure timely and effective Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for machines and utilities.
• Drive OEE improvement through reduction of breakdowns, cycle-time optimization, and process stability.
• Control and optimize R&M budget, spare parts planning, and vendor coordination.
• Plan and execute shutdown maintenance, major overhauls, and machine refurbishments.
• Prepare and enforce SOPs, maintenance checklists, and engineering standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians; ensure training and skill development.
• Maintain strong cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, and Planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, audits, and documentation.

• Support installation, commissioning, and automation upgrades for new equipment.
