Overview:

Maintenance Manager

* Manage daily maintenance of extrusion machines and plant utilities.

* Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

* Lead and supervise the maintenance team.

* Coordinate with production and external service vendors.

* Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment performance.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and support continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or extrusion plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, plant utilities, electrical/mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven experience in managing and leading maintenance teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work extended duty hours and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, maintenance best practices, and industrial standards.
