Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department at SSEI, Wadala. Your main tasks will include developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, managing the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans - Manage the maintenance budget effectively - Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations - Oversee and monitor daily maintenance operations - Inspect and review all maintenance activities - Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities - Provide training and supervision to the maintenance staff Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field - Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Ability to work independently - Knowledge of safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person at SSEI, Wadala.
