Patient Care Executive cum Telephone operator

Job Description

1. Welcoming Patients, Visitors, Vendors etc. and guiding them to the respective floor/department.

2. Answering telephonic and in-person patients, visitor's inquiries.

3. Counseling the OPD patients for the 4 types of categories

4. Patient Registrations in EMR as per categories (Computer proficiency required)

5. Signing medical & procedural consents from patients and maintaining the same in the system

6. Maintaining patients records and data

7. Cash collection of OPD/Investigations/Biochemistry and submission of the same in Accounts department.

8. Scheduling of patients appointments

9. Coordinating with the consultants for patient updates (ie. Checkins, appointments, discounts, investigation & procedure billings)

10. Tracking the patient flow in the system, and guiding them to the respective department.

11. Preparing the patient checkout file, updating them with the treatment advised.

12. Collecting patient feedback

13. Crowd management

14. Daily reporting

15. Any patient communications

16. Other patient care activities instructed by reporting authority
