Now Hiring: Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage maintenance activities across
MEP, Civil, and HVAC
functions.
Supervise and coordinate a large workforce of
up to 180 employees
.
Ensure smooth execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Solid technical knowledge in MEP, civil works, and HVAC systems.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
