Job Description

Minimum experience of 5-10 years in foundry.
No bake sand molding of cast steel components

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance, safety, and efficiency.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, EOT crane, and machine maintenance teams to resolve breakdowns and prevent future occurrences.
Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Collaborate with production planning teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Effectively delegate maintenance work and control a team of junior engineers
