Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager at Envalior, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of high-performance materials by fostering an environment of constant innovation and empowerment. Your responsibilities will include: - Approving maintenance job estimates for scheduling within a defined budget - Reviewing estimates for completeness and ensuring they meet the required criteria - Complying with ENVALIOR Quality policy and implementing Quality Management System - Contributing to the overall performance improvement of the plant - Defining a Plant Maintenance Plan with priorities, KPIs, and targets in dialogue with production management - Managing the annual maintenance budget and controlling expenses - Executing the Maintenance Plan in compliance with safety, health, quality requirements, and work processes - Managing the Maintenance Department structure and systems - Analyzing equipment performance and advising on timely replacements - Proposing and implementing projects to improve plant reliability - Acting as MRO Gatekeeper and Item owner for timely purchasing of MRO materials The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience, possess leadership and team collaboration skills, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical expertise in maintenance systems, project management, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance are also essential.
