Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the jewellery manufacturing facility. The role ensures smooth functioning of machinery, utilities, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing maintenance operations of a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all production equipment, utilities, HVAC, DG sets, compressors, and safety systems are functioning optimally.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and support staff.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure timely repair, servicing, and calibration of machines used in jewellery manufacturing (casting, CNC, laser, rhodium, polishing, etc.).
• Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support new equipment installation, setup, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing units.
• Experience in jewellery manufacturing machinery will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,090.60 - ₹69,012.11 per month
