Job Summary:

Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

  Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and increase efficiency.

• Team Leadership:

  Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and mechanical staff. Provide training, performance evaluations, and support development plans.

• Equipment Reliability:

  Monitor, diagnose, and improve equipment reliability across all production lines, including packaging, processing, and utilities equipment.

• Spare Parts & Inventory Management:

  Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to reduce downtime.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, local laws, and safety standards .

• Budgeting & Cost Control:

  Manage the maintenance budget effectively. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

• CMMS Utilization:

  Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and performance KPIs.

• Project Management:

  Lead and support capital projects, equipment installations, plant expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and HSE teams to align maintenance goals with overall plant objectives.

Specific Responsibilities

• Manage utility systems, including boilers, turbines, generators, cooling towers, N2 plants, air separation units, nitrogen plant, air compressors, instrument air system, steam distribution network, water treatment & waste water treatment plants.
• Oversee breakdown analysis and energy management to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project management and execution.
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve overall plant performance.
• Overall control of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, programming and automation works at project site till completion & thereafter electrical, instrumentation & automation related maintenance works in the plant during operation
• Ensure compliance to food safety policies and procedures
