1. Responsible for preventive maintenance of Paint Shop for smooth machine functioning.
2. Responsible for proper utilization of manpower.
3. Responsible to OEE of Paint Shop, UPH enhancement.
4. Responsible for Safety Innovations and Productivity Innovation Activities
5. Responsible for Kaizen implementation activities
6. Responsible to Maintain the Machine Contracts and coordination with the supplier.
7. Responsible for minimizing the machine breakdown to up keep the plant up time, MTTR (Mean time to Repair) & MTBF (Mean time between failure).
8. Responsible for 100 % CLIRT (Cleaning Lubrication Inspection Re-Tightening) and adherence to maintain the good health of machines.
9. Responsible for Maintaining the Critical Spare inventory and Procurement process.
10. Responsible for ISO Documentation related to Machines.
11. Ability to understand Machine Technical Specification & make changes according as per requirement.
