Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintenance Strategy : Develop and implement preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance programs to shift from reactive fixes to proactive upkeep.
Operations Management: Oversee daily repair/maintenance activities, schedule work, and manage resources (tools, parts, outside contractors).
PR & PO Handling PR validation, PO creation, delivery follow-up, invoice exceptions, vendor coordination Payment follow-up
Drawing Creation & Revision: Develop new drawings (piping, equipment, layouts) and update existing ones (redlines) using AutoCAD
Technical Oversight: Provide technical support for troubleshooting complex mechanical (and sometimes electrical/control) issues on production lines and utility systems (compressors, chillers, etc.).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of all work performed, inspections, and materials used.
Maintenance Strategy : Develop and implement preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance programs to shift from reactive fixes to proactive upkeep.
