Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities for weld shop, ensuring efficient production operations.
Oversee robotic welding, spot welding, MIG welding, and PLC programming to optimize processes.
Coordinate with vendors for machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting issues.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Candidates with 4+ years of experience and a qualification in B.E./B.Tech/Diploma, possessing expertise in preventive maintenance, robot and PLC maintenance, PLC programming, and understanding of the weld shop domainincluding MIG welding, spot welding, and identification of welding defects—will be preferred
