Maintenance Lead- Special Process (Surface treatment and Painting.)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for surface treatment and finishing equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, and recommend solutions to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on project requirements, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track spending, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and proficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surface treatment and finishing technologies.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in surface treatment and finishing operations.
• Strong knowledge of surface treatment, coatings, and painting processes.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Should lead the installation and commissioning activities of equipments..
