Maintenance Executive

As a Maintenance Executive at WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing the overall vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling vehicle breakdown percentage, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the field, and managing field employees like mechanics and helpers. Additionally, you will coordinate and arrange transport of vehicle parts to other cities if required and liaise with the Operations Department for seamless communication regarding vehicle updates and availability. Keeping detailed records of vehicle performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules, ensuring vehicle availability for daily operations, and maintaining accurate data and reports in MS Excel are also vital aspects of your responsibilities. Regularly reporting to management about vehicle status and maintenance activities is crucial for this role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate/Diploma (Mechanical background preferred) - Mandatory experience in car and truck service center - Good knowledge of vehicle parts, maintenance, and management - Basic MS Excel knowledge is mandatory - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills - Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented - Experience in vehicle fleet/maintenance management will be an added advantage Please note that the Skills required for this role include proficiency in Excel, maintenance operations, daily operations management, and overall operations.
