· Supervise daily maintenance, develop schedules, and ensure smooth facility operation.
· Conduct regular checks of the building, grounds, equipment, and emergency systems (fire alarms, etc.).
· Address issues with electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, furniture, and fixtures promptly.
· Coordinate with and manage external contractors for specialized work.
· Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
· Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations.
· Plan maintenance to avoid guest disruption and respond to guest requests efficiently.
· Oversee renovations and improvements, integrating them with hotel operations.
