As a Maintenance Executive, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities of equipment, machinery, and facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner to minimize downtime and enhance operational productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. - Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff or external contractors. - Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to ensure quick resolution. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports. - Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts; ensure timely replenishment. - Ensure all maintenance operations comply with health and safety standards and company policies. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues. - Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives by optimizing equipment use. - Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities. - Recommend improvements for maintenance processes, systems, or equipment. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering (or related field). - 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or facilities management. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies. - Strong communication and team coordination skills.
