Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Sanaswadi , Pune Department: Engineering/Maintenance Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery and systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of equipment, minimizing downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical , all company machineries. Monitor and analyze machine performance and make necessary improvements. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts usage, and equipment history. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise and guide maintenance technicians or contractors as needed. Recommend and help implement energy-saving and cost-reduction solutions. Participate in root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns or failures. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for maintenance tasks.
